TAMARAS - An exceptional dining venue specializing in international cuisine, based on local ingredients, with seating capacity for 160 persons.

BACCHANALS - A picturesque casual seaside restaurant and bar with wooden decks right on the beach, serving lunches, snacks & Caribbean cuisine .

GALLERY BAR - The Gallery Bar and Lounge overlooks the beach front terrace and the hotel lobby, with its exotic bamboo palms and waterfall. Ideal for afternoon tea or a Caribbean cocktail.

BOBSTERS - An intimate champagne bar nestled between Tamara's and the hotel lobby. The perfect spot for a pre-dinner champagne cocktail. Bobster's unique architecture of undulating walls features original murals of the Caribbean's most famous entertainers.

Café Coco Restaurant and Bar, while not on the property, is a few steps away and a taxi can also be arranged to take you there if you’d like. It is an excellent alternative dining option where guests can enjoy a hearty Caribbean meal in a casual yet stylish atmosphere.
