Rondel Village and Spa sits on two acres, one acre on the beach side; this is where the villas and beach front rooms are located and the other on the land side (across the street from the beach) this is where the Rondel Village Spa, Garden and Superior Rooms sit.

The delightful restaurant and bar at Rondel Village and Spa creates an authentic Caribbean dining experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner in an elegant setting with spectacular seaside views. They serve excellent food made with fresh local produce and a variety of seafood specialities.

These include their national dish of Ackee and Saltfish, Grilled Lobster, Garlic Shrimp, Escoveitch Fish & Bammy and of course Jerk Chicken and Pork. The restaurant is open from 7:30am – 10:00pm and the bar form 9:00am - 11:00pm. Rondel Village and Spa now has its own greenhouse vegetable garden on the property. The garden supplies their restaurant with fresh vegetables including sweet peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, callaloo, tomatoes and herbs.
