True, they have long sought to blend into their surroundings but now they are even more conscious of the impact they have on the paradise that surrounds them. The Appointment of an Environmental Officer leading the resort's Green Team oversees a wide-ranging environmental program both internally and externally. Too name just a few initiatives, Salt Chlorine generated swimming pools, Replanting of beach front trees, ongoing community clean-ups, energy conservation including hot water solar heating, composting program, environmentally friendly cleaning products and chemicals, Biodegradable drinking straws, 100% compostable plant-based cups and screening of the resort's suppliers for proper environmental practices and products.
